Food, who eats it?

Over the last several months I have been investigating my real relationship with food, versus the not-so-proud-of potato-chip-obsessive-snack-craving.  I have been digging deeper, as I noticed that not only have I gained at least 30 lbs (gasp!), but as well I have been dipping and wallowing in emotional eating.  Of course these habits were not making me happy or healthy and I got sick of feeling like crap all the time.  I noticed my energy was low and my hips felt like a block of hard cheese.  It was time for me to get serious, get rid of the junk, start counting calories, and to live again in peace.

So here I am, on the web, writing through this process and sharing some of the experience.The greatest greek salad ever made!
